Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a FREE return or exchange (see Free Returns Policy below).
To start a return, email hello@bestandbloom.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return

The reason for return
Once your return is approved (please allow 1-3 working days), and we will send you a QR code for an Evri ParcelShop returns drop-off. You do not need to print anything at home — simply take your parcel to your most convenient Evri drop-off location and they will print the label for you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to appear depending on your bank.
Free Returns Policy
We offer one free return per customer.
We are a small business and each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Offering unlimited free returns would unfortunately make the business unsustainable, so this policy helps us prevent returns being used as a “try before you buy” service where multiple items are ordered with the intention of returning most of them.
We hope customers understand that this allows us to keep our products high quality and fairly priced while still offering a free returns option if something isn’t right.
Additional returns from the same customer may need to be sent back at the customer’s own postage cost.
How to Return an Item
Email us to request a return.
Wait for return approval and your QR code.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Take the parcel to the drop-off location and show the QR code.
Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in a re-sellable condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
