FAQs
Can I order something I've seen on your website, but in different colours?
Yes absolutely. Even though our signature pieces tend to be a certain style and palette, this doesn't mean we can't do more!
What are the lead times for custom pieces?
Custom pieces can take anywhere between one week to two months, depending on your request. Unfortunately it's difficult to give an estimate until we know your requirements
What mediums can you use?
We can discuss your request to use any paper style or size, and whichever paint you like. Our standard sizes and mediums are available to purchase straight away from our website, but we love creating larger custom pieces, but tend not to stock larger canvasses and frames unless requested.
Which flowers can you use?
It's completely up to you, we are able to source a range of shapes sizes and colours, and we are also happy to make recommendations. Flowers that are not stocked within our standard inventory may take a while longer to arrive for us to assemble, but please reach out with your request and we can have a chat.
