1. Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Best & Bloom” / “we” / “us” / “our” refers to the sole trading business operated under the name Best & Bloom, based in the United Kingdom.
  • “Customer” / “you” refers to any individual, firm or entity placing an order with us.
  • “Goods” means any products or items offered for sale by Best & Bloom.
  • “Contract” means a legally binding agreement for the sale and purchase of goods between Best & Bloom and the Customer.

2. Goods, Pricing & Availability

Each product is sold subject to its description and availability. While we do our utmost to ensure all descriptions, prices, and images on our website are accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel your order.

  • Pre-orders: If your order includes pre-order items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately and the remainder will be dispatched once available, at no additional cost.
  • Product imagery: We strive to ensure that product colours and finishes are represented accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting. In addition, as many of our items are handcrafted or made using vintage materials, subtle variations are natural and part of their charm.
  • Product care: Please review any care instructions provided. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to improper care.
  • Pricing: Prices are confirmed only upon order acceptance. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or items purchased before or after a sale.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time the order is placed—including for pre-order items. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.


4. Deliveries

We work with a network of trusted couriers to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time. Delivery method, courier and timing are selected based on the nature of your order.

  • Delivery charges are based on weight, parcel size, and service chosen. If there is a change in shipping costs, we will contact you before dispatch.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order. Additional charges may apply if incorrect information leads to redelivery.
  • UK Mainland only: Prices quoted apply to mainland UK. Delivery to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may incur additional fees. VAT is removed automatically for Channel Islands orders.

Important: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days.


5. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full and delivery completed. Risk (i.e., responsibility for the goods) transfers to you at the point of delivery.


6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please email hello@bestandbloom.com within 24 hours of receipt, including photos where applicable.
  • Do not return goods without contacting us first—we’ll guide you through the next steps.

7. Cancelling & Returning Goods

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Include all original packaging and labels
  • Be securely packed to prevent damage in transit

Please obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.


8. Heritage & Vintage Items

Our Heritage Collection and vintage pieces are sold with full transparency about their age, patina, and imperfections, which are considered part of their beauty and character. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these as intentional features, not faults.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruption, or industrial action). We will notify you of any such event and resume service as soon as reasonably possible.


10. Other Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website www.bestandbloom.com, by email, or through any other communication channel. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all contracts arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
